Wrong size? We'll swap it at no charge, with free pickup.

Original Payment Refund

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Received something damaged? Free replacement, no questions.

Free for exchanges. A small logistics fee applies on returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags intact
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged after use
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 83850 74756 or email nivorah@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours. Pickup is free for exchanges. For returns, a small logistics fee of ₹100 applies — this is deducted from your refund to cover the reverse shipping cost and help us maintain our quality & sustainability standards.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your account details when contacting us.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
