We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.
Processing Time
Each piece at Nivorah is handcrafted with care. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
During peak festive seasons (Navratri, Diwali, Eid), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across India at no additional charge. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking details. You can also track your order at any time using your phone number on our Track Order page.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
